Nature Connection Walks

TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO WEATHER AND CONDITIONS.
Slowly and mindfully walking with the intention to absorb the healing qualities of nature. You will be guided through relaxation and sensory awareness exercises to bring you into the present moment.

Shamanic Practices

CURRENTLY ALL ONLINE
I believe that each person may have a different definition of what is meant by shamanic practices. For me it is connecting to my soul/higher self and nature, which is why it can fit nicely into a Nature Connected Coaching session or be done separately as well, but also to my spirit guides and consulting with divination tools such as runes, oracle and tarot cards, using crystal and energy cleansing and healing.
